Gardaí are continuing to question a 21 year old man in connection with an alleged sexual assault in Waterford.
An investigation was launched after Gardaí received reports that a teenage girl had been attacked at St John's River Walk in Kilbarry in the early hours of Friday morning.
Investigating officers arrested a man yesterday in the Waterford area. He's being held at Waterford Garda Station.
