Ballsbridge could be in line for a make over.
A major site that contains two hotels has been put up for sale at a fraction of its celtic tiger price.
The land which includes the Clyde Court Hotel and Ballsbridge Hotel has been put on the market and is expected to fetch up to 150 million euro.
That's less than half of the 379 million euro paid by the developer Sean Dunne back in 2005.
The deal could result in a a major revamp of the area with redevelopment likely.
The site has full planning permission for 490 apartments, a 152 room hotel and retail and commercial property.
