Homeless families who took over a show house in west Dublin have promised to leave later today.
It's after a High Court case was taken this morning by the developer.
Amy Brennan was one of the 30 homeless people who took over the showhouse in Hansfield near Ongar on Saturday - in protest against the lack of affordable housing.
"Honestly, I've enough now, I can't do it anymore, it's not fair. It's a disgrace. No-one seems to think that this is an emergency and it is, it's just not fair."
Hansfield Investments applied for an injunction to have them removed, after they failed to comply with a court order to vacate.
In court this morning, the protestors agreed to leave and shortly afterwards - Danielle Adderley declared the end of this demonstration:
"The families who are protesting have decided that we have taken this particular protest as far as we can but we intend to continue to highlight the scandal of the lack of social and affordable housing."
The families have agreed to leave the house by 4pm, so the injunction has been put on hold.
If all protesters haven't left by tomorrow morning, the judge has said he will grant the order.
