People will take to the streets of Dublin later as part of a national demonstration calling for freedom and justice in Palestine.
The rally, which is being organised by the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign, is being supported by the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, Mandate and Gaza Action Ireland.
Demonstrators will gather at the Spire on O’Connell Street from 2 and singer/songwriter Damien Dempsey will perform.
