We’ll be out of the bailout on December 15th…
That’s according to the Taoiseach Enda Kenny as he addressed the Fine Gael National Conference in Limerick last night.

Meanwhile, Ministers will gather at Government Buildings later this evening where they’ll sign off on the budget.
There are still some areas where agreement is needed including health and Social Protection.
Yesterday, Finance Minister Michael Noonan said there was only “bits and bobs” and “bells and whistles” left in Budget 2014.
