Cyclone Hits India Bearing Down On Eastern Coastline

The biggest cyclone to hit India in 14 years is bearing down on its eastern coastline.

Half a million people have been moved out of the area - with winds expected to reach over 150 miles per hour.

A cyclone of similar strength killed 10-thousand people in 1999.

Oxfams Regional Manager Akshay Kumar Biswal, Oxfam's regional manager in the state of Odisha says they're preparing for the worst.
