The Minister for the Environment is to meet with owners and residents of the Longboat Quay complex today.
Alan Kelly has already said a package is being worked on to help those at the centre of the fire safety controversy.
Meanwhile, Dublin City Council last night passed an emergency motion to ensure residents of the Docklands block aren't forced to pay for works at the complex.
The cost has been estimated at 4 million euro with 2 million still to be financed by management and the apartment owners.
Meanwhile the city council says it will not be able to rehouse the almost 900 residents if its evacuated.
