Campaign Against Prostitution Targets Men

A new campaign on prostitution and sex trafficking is targetting men and boys across Ireland.

The launch of 'Prostitution, We Don't Buy It' coincides with a Red C poll looking at the views of the public on the issue.

It shows 88 per cent of men have never bought sex, 8 per cent say they have, and the vast majority of people believe women who sell sex have been pimped or trafficked into the industry.

Ruhama is an organisation that supports victims of sex trafficking.

Its CEO Sarah Benson says in an equal society it should never be OK to buy sex:
