An advert for tampons has been told not to run again due to complaints.

The advertising watchdog received 84 complaints about Procter & Gamble's "Tampons & Tea" advert which included an on-screen demonstration.

Several felt this was demeaning to women, with some saying if they had problems using the product they should read the instructions on the box.

A drinks company has been found in breach of advertising standards following a social media post containing too much sexual innuendo.

LeCoq Cocktails had an influencer post an ad on Instagram for its new drink, which some people felt used suggestive sexual content.
