Angelina Jolie has revealed that her son will be on set of her new movie everyday.

The film will be set in 1970s Cambodia, and is based on a memoir about life under its communist rulers, the Khmer Rouge.

Jolie's 13 year old son Maddox was adopted from Cambodia. He will be involved on set so he can "understand who he is".

Jolie has previously said that the country of Cambodia is dear to her heart:

"The first time I went to Cambodia and it was the first time i understood certain things about the world, and the history of that country, and obviously it changed my life and its affected me in a huge way. The most important things people can do is to understand other countries and cultures. More than anything, I think people need to do more of that."
