The organisation consists of a network of highly skilled volunteers that travel across the globe to areas hit by natural disasters.
In one video he passes the camera to someone who he says is living up to Paul's dream of running an organisation that helps people worldwide.
Vin took to Facebook Live for a second time a short time later, to allow Paul's mother thank fans for their support.
