Dublin fire brigade has presented a truck driver with a plaque after he saved a man from a burning building in the city.
Tomaz reversed his lorry to allow a man to jump from a third floor window and land on the roof of a vehicle during a fire on Granby Row last week.
Earlier this evening, our Chief Fire Officer presented Tomaz with a plaque to acknowledge his quick actions by positioning his delivery truck to assist in the rescue of people from a fire.

Seven people were treated at the scene of the blaze, with three taken to hospital.
The Eurospar delivery driver was yesterday given a plaque to acknowledge his quick actions and met with some of the firefighters who were at the scene.
