Fans were sent into a frenzy yesterday when Christina Aguilera posted a photo of herself posing on Drury Street.
She took to Instagram to share the pic with the caption "Proud of my Irish roots".
It's now emerged that the legendary singer was in the capital to play a private gig at 3Arena.
It's understood the concert was organised by an American insurance company.
A number of videos have appeared online showing Xtina performing some of her biggest hits including 'Fighter', 'Can't Hold Us Down', 'Ain't No Other Man' and 'Beautiful'.

After the gig, she partied in Xico on Baggot Street with her dancers. A video uploaded to social media shows the diva dancing to her hit 'Dirrty'.

Christina hasn't announced any European dates for her tour of her latest album 'Liberation'. Fingers crossed she plays another concert here soon!
