Krispy Kreme Sells Over 6.6 Million Doughnuts

Krispy Kreme sold 6.6 million doughnuts to Irish customers in the past year.

The shop in Blanchardstown - the company's most successful store internationally - is open one year tomorrow.

More than 600,000 customers have been into the outlet to eat their treats.

The Original Glazed doughnut is the most popular, with one being sold every two minutes.

Ariana Grande Spotted In Hardware Shop In Crumlin

Ariana Grande is in town this week for three gigs at 3Arena as part of her Sweetener World Tour. She plays her last sold out show tonight.

Over the weekend, the singer went shopping at Tola Vintage in Temple Bar and enjoyed a meal in Marco Pierre White's in Donnybrook.

Vegan Food Festival Taking Place In Dublin This Weekend

A vegan food festival is taking place in Dublin this weekend. Vegfest 2019 will be held in Griffith College on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th of September.

Running from 11am to 6pm each day, the event is described as a 'two day celebration of vegan food and plant based lifestyles'.

Activities will include food demos, talks by experts, award winning bloggers, live music and more.

Maura Higgins Joins The Cast Of Dancing On Ice

Maura Higgins has joined the cast of Dancing On Ice. After weeks of rumours, the Love Island 2019 star officially announced the news on Instagram.

Speaking about joining the show, Maura revealed: "I've skated twice in my life just for fun, so I've no experience at all.

Michael Barrymore will also appear on the new series of Dancing On Ice, which returns to our screens next year.

 

Netflix Releases Full Trailer For El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie

Netflix has released the full trailer for El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. The film reunites fans with Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul).

Matt Jones and Charles Baker will reprise their roles as Jesse’s delinquent friends Badger and Skinny Pete.

In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.

This gripping thriller is written and directed by Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad.

El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie will premiere on Netflix on October 11th

 

New Jet Set To Transport People From UK to Austraila in 4 hours.

Traveling can be a stressful time, with long days and long delays.

Now engineers are working on a new engine, which could be in operation as early as 2030.

Graham Turnock from UK Space Agency said: "When we have brought the Sabre rocket engine to fruition, that may enable us to get to Australia in perhaps as little as four hours."
