With Ireland taking on Italy in the Six Nations this weekend, Three has been looking at what makes a great player.
As part of their #AllitTakes campaign, they've met with Robbie Henshaw and his family to discuss his sporting career.
Henshaw said he "tried to share a good insight into what it takes to be a professional rugby player as well as showing a little bit of me off the pitch too!"
"It was great to have my family feature in the film too - after all, they have played a huge role in developing me, and my career, to date", he added.
Elaine Carey, Chief Commercial Officer, Three Ireland said "This campaign... gives us a glimpse into the player’s lives and a deeper understanding of how much they give, and give up, to be the best and to represent Ireland."
