Gardaí have seized €56,500 and £50,040 cash in Dublin.
The Dublin Crime Response Team carried out a planned search of a home in Finglas on Friday.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene.
He was brought to a Garda Station in west Dublin where he is currently detained.
A Garda statement says: "Gardaí from the Dublin Crime Response Team carried out a planned search of a domestic residence in Finglas, Dublin 11 yesterday, Friday 5th September 2025.
"During the search conducted under warrant Gardaí seized €56,500 and GBP£50,040 in cash.
"A man (20s) was arrested at the scene and brought to a Garda Station in west Dublin where he is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
"Investigations are ongoing."
