The swings are staying at Sophie's! The Harcourt Street venue has released a statement after a photo emerged of the swings apparently being taken down.
A Snapchat screengrab was posted on Reddit yesterday appearing to show the swings being removed from the bar's entrance outside the elevator.
However, Press Up, the group that owns The Dean, has responded to the claims:
"This picture was taken yesterday when the venue was being set up for a private hire event, the entrance area was used for a welcome desk so the swings were removed temporarily.
"We have no intention of removing the swings from Sophie's", the venue said in a brief statement.
Sophie's also responded to the reports on Twitter, adding that the swings are "back up and ready for you to swing into the weekend".

Fine Gael has commenced a review of the case which Dun Laoghaire TD Maria Bailey was considering taking against the Dean Hotel over a fall from the swing at the hotel.
The action has since been withdrawn.
