Skinny Prosecco has officially arrived in Ireland.
The drink, which is said to contain less calories than a banana, will be available to purchase in-store at Brown Thomas from next week.
Co-Founded by Amanda Thomson and Ian Scott, Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco has become a huge global hit and contains 7g of sugar per litre and 66 calories per 100ml glass.
Amanda says: “I was raised on a sugar free diet and realised that everyone always asks what’s in their food but never what’s in their wine, Prosecco or Champagne. I was amazed at the amount of sugar and how little information we’re given about what’s in the bottle. I’ve brought a brand to market that offers a top quality Prosecco with 0 to 7g of sugar per litre. Our Prosecco is also organic and vegan certified.”
Skinny Prosecco by Thompson & Scott is available at Brown Thomas Dublin, Cork and Limerick from Friday, 16th September and priced at €24 per bottle.
