Music videos with violent and sexual content will be given age ratings from today.
Major record labels are backing a successful pilot scheme started by the government.
The system will be similar videos on YouTube and Vevo will display the guidance.
Videos will be given 12, 15 and 18 age ratings, similar to films.
132 music have been submitted already. 56 are rated 12 and 53 are rated 15.
Only one video was rated 18, Dizzee Rascal's Couple of Stack.
