The Sex and the City girls would be first in line for this one - a five day festival based on trying out the finest cocktails the bartender has to offer.
The best news? It's an actual thing, and it's happening across the country. The Irish Cocktail Fest will run from October 10-15th.
Several venues across the country are involved, and each of them has been working on developing a signature cocktail which they hope will win them the top prize at the end of the festival.
The public can vote by using the #BestIrishCocktail hashtag on Twitter or by getting in touch with Great Irish Beverages on Facebook.
Organisers say all of the specially made drinks will contain an Irish spirits their leading ingredient, to show off what distilleries are creating.
They are also engaging with some classic and brand new Irish soft drinks to help stimulate more pairing of home grown brands in cocktails. They are Cidona, Club Orange, Club Lemon and Poacher's Tonic.
Last year, Great Irish Beverages produced the second round of Dublin Cocktail Fest - a citywide celebration of cocktails made with Irish Spirits. For 2016, they are taking the festival around the entire island of Ireland to all 32 counties.
