Mel Gibson and Sean Penn are in Dublin this month filming a new movie.
The Professor and the Madman is the big screen version of the 1998 best-selling book, The Surgeon of Crowthorne.
Mel Gibson has already been spotted on the city streets.
In the film he plays the character of Sir James Murray, early editor of the Oxford English Dictionary.
The film charts his interactions with an eccentric contributor to the dictionary, Dr. WC Minor played by Penn.
The movie is shooting around Dublin for the next 8 weeks and has received creative co-production funding from the Irish Film Board.
