The first ever Dublin Love Run will take place just in time for St. Valentine's Day. DCU will play host to the 5k on February 13th.
The run is being organised to raise money for SpunOut.ie, which is Ireland's leading youth information website, for young people by young people.
DCU Students Union says it wants to "help get your heart racing ahead of Valentine’s Day", with promises you "might even find love on the evening itself".
The 5km event, which is open to walkers as well, will be held at the running track in DCU. There will be Valentines themed giveaways, and the running track will be lit with romantic low-hanging lights.
