It was music to our ears when we found out Skinny Prosecco was coming to Ireland a few months ago!
The official Irish launch party for Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco took place last night at Balfes. The drink, which is said to contain less calories than a banana, has now gone on sale at Brown Thomas.
Co-Founded by Amanda Thomson and Ian Scott, Skinny Prosecco contains 7g of sugar per litre and 66 calories per 100ml glass.
The drink is also organic and certified vegan.
Amanda Thomson says: “I was raised on a sugar free diet and now I’ve brought a brand to market that offers a top quality portfolio of Champagne, Prosecco and sparkling wine with a ground-breaking, transparent focus on sugar content. Following a wave of media coverage already, I am really excited to officially introduce Thomson & Scott Skinny Prosecco to Ireland with this exciting launch at Balfes. The stylish atmosphere at Balfes, along with its focus on delicious yet healthy menu options made the partnership decision really easy for me.”
