Love Island is getting an American remake. CBS has bought the rights to make a US version of the dating show.
The series sees a group of twenty somethings live in a villa in Mallorca for 8 weeks. They are forced to couple up with their fellow Islanders and face a number of public votes and challenges before one pair is eventually crowned the winners, taking home a cash prize.
Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham won the fifth season of the ITV2 reality show last week following series-high ratings.
It's not yet known when or where the American version of Love Island will be filmed. But, we'll keep you posted.
