2024 has an exciting start for Sam Thompson.
Fresh off being crowned 'King Of The Jungle on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Sam Thompson has landed a job as a roving reporter on ITV's This Morning.
It was reported before Christmas that ITV bosses had the popular contestant lined up for the role in This Morning, joining former jungle campmate Josie Gibson who's one of the rotating presenters on the show.
As a roving reporter, Sam will be going 'on the road' for the show, and this week he was sent out to a shopping centre in Manchester to help shoppers with their problems.

“Hello and G’day!” Sam shouted live from outside the Arndale Centre. “I’ve swapped Down Under for Up North as This Morning On The Road has hit Manchester!”
He invited shoppers to join him on a green sofa in the middle of the shopping centre and made an attempt at solving their problems.
It may not have the been smoothest report, and of course many viewers felt compelled to share what they thought on Instagram.

However some chose to be more positive.
