Tayto Park Zoo is back!

Tayto Park Zoo will reopen on Friday, 30th April.

The Ashbourne-based attraction is set to welcome the public back once again, in line with government restrictions.

The zoo is home to a unique and diverse range of animals including the Amur tiger, Amur leopard and Eurasian lynx!

Visitors will see more than 300 animals from 80 different species along a variety of walks and trails.

Tayto Park welcomes the arrival of twin Lemurs

Entry to Tayto Park Zoo will be by pre-booked tickets only for designated time slots. 

While the Tayto Park theme park attractions remain closed until further notice.

Animals At Tayto Park 'Missing Human Interaction' As Park Remains Closed

Speaking on the announcement, Ray Coyle, Founder of Tayto Park said, "We are delighted to be able to safely open the Tayto Park Zoo to our visitors.

"From our very first bison over 10 years ago, the Tayto Park Zoo is now home to a diverse animal collection with species from all around the globe and is the perfect family day out to enjoy in a safe environment.

"We look forward to opening our theme park attractions in accordance to government guidelines when safe to do so at a later date".
