This was one fight Sylvester couldn't win!
Sylvester Stallone reveals that he had a hard time negotiating with Adele when he sold her his LA mansion last year - as it turns out keeping the Rocky status on the property was a deal breaker for her.
In a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal interview, the Rocky actor said that the Grammy-winning singer insisted on keeping the poolside statue of his legendary boxing character as part of the sale, or else the whole thing was off.

Stallone was quite attached to the statue and had thought he'd be taking it with him (it is his likeness after all!) but Adele was having none of it.
'That's a no deal. That's gonna blow the whole deal,'" he recalled. "She wanted the statue."
Sylvester ended up giving in, as they had already agreed on the price! He realised he was no match for Adele 😅
He doesn't seem bitter about the whole affair though, and was full of praise for how she's doing up the gaff since she bought it.
"I like what she's doing, she's making it gorgeous."
Still, we have to wonder what is it about that Rocky statue that Adele is so obsessed with!
