Wes Hoolahan has admitted he could be tempted to return to play at Shelbourne before the end of his playing career.
The Republic of Ireland and Norwich star had four very successful years at Tolka Park between 2001 and 2005, before moving on to play Livingston.
He has since gone on to star for Norwich City, where he picked up the Player of the Year award earlier this month.
But, speaking to Jamie Moore on Now That’s What I Call Sport, Hoolahan refused to rule out a potential return to Shels in the coming seasons.

"You never know if I was ever gonna come back I'd probably love to play for Shels again but you never know"
"Obviously I had great times at Shelbourne one of my best memories winning the league and playing in the cups and just enjoying myself there."
Shelbourne have had a dramatic drop in the past few seasons, which sees them sit mid table in the first division.
And Hoolahan admits it’s something that galls him, after his successful period at the club.
"Yeah it's sad.
"We had a great squad, playing Champions League & Europa League football, and winning league medals.
"But now I know they're in Division 1 and they're not doing too well.
"It's sad to see, because people down there, they're all brilliant.
"They work so hard for the club."
