Warren Gatland has unveiled his 41-man Lions squad for the summer tour to New Zealand.
Eleven Irish players have made the cut.
Jared Payne is a surprise inclusion in the backline, where he is joined by Robbie Henshaw, Conor Murray and Jonathan Sexton.
Up front, Rory Best, Tadhg Furlong, Iain Henderson, Jack McGrath, Sean O’Brien, Peter O’Mahony and CJ Stander have all been included.
There is no place in the squad for Garry Ringrose, Cian Healy, Jamie Heaslip, Donnacha Ryan, Simon Zebo or Keith Earls.
England captain Dylan Hartley also misses out, as do his countrymen Joe Launchbury and Mike Brown.
Centre Jonathan Joseph is included, however, despite reports to the contrary earlier this week.
16 English players make the cut, with 12 Welshmen and 2 Scots, with a 19/22 split between backs and forwards.
As expected, Sam Warburton has been confirmed as captain. It will be the second time he has captained the Lions, having been skipper four years ago in Australia.
He is just the second player to ever captain the Lions on two tours.
