Yaya Toure has been found 'not guilty' of violent conduct by the FA after allegedly kicking Norwich striker Ricky Van Wolfswinkel on Saturday.

TV camera's clearly caught the City midfielder swing a leg at the Norwich man while he was on the ground, but the FA disciplinary board did not come to a unanimous decision on the matter.

Toure is now available for City's game on Wednesday evening at home to Sunderland, in what is a rehearsal for this year's League Cup final.

No such luck for Cardiff's Craig Bellamy however, as he will be charged after the camera's spotted him striking Jonathan De Guzman on Saturday.

If he accepts the charge, he will receive a three match ban.
