Day 13 of the Rio 2016 Olympic Games delivered some thrills and spills on the track while Pat Hickey finally emerged from the hospital in Rio. Here's what we have to look forward to on Day 14 today...
ATHLETICS
London Olympic bronze medalist and 2013 world champ Rob Heffernan will be hoping to upgrade that bronze in the Men's 50K Walk and he is joined by fellow Irishmen Brendan Boyce and Alex Wright.
GOLF
Cavan woman Leona Maguire and Ulsterwoman Stephanie Meadow had brilliant second rounds in the Women's Golf event and will be hoping for more of the same when the third round gets underway at 11:30.
MODERN PENTATHLON
Natalya Coyle put herself in a good position after the first fencing section after which she placed 12th and just a few points off the medal positions. Today she will go in the swimming at 16:15. That's followed by the next fencing section at 18:00, the jumping at 19:30 and finally the run & shoot to close the event.
