Pat Fenlon has a massive problem to deal with before Shamrock Rovers' Airtricity League opener against FAI Cup holders St. Patrick's Athletic in two weeks time.
The Hoops boss will be without five of his best players for the visit of the Saints on March 6th; new signing Keith Fahey, Stephen McPhail, Barry Murphy, Ryan Brennan and Gavin Brennan are all suspended for the first game of the season.
The quintet carry over four yellow cards from last season and must serve a one-match suspension.
