"Jezki" - trained by Jessica Harrington and ridden by Barry Geraghty - won the Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham by a neck from "My Tent Or Yours" and "The New One".

The veteran favourite "Hurricane Fly"  finished in fourth.

It was another win for owner JP McManus who had previously won the race with "Istabraq" and "Binocular".

While it was Geraghty's second Hurdle win in the saddle.

It was the highlight on a good day for the Irish which yielded three winners altogether.

The Willie Mullins trained and Ruby Walsh ridden "Vauteur" won the Supreme Novices Hurdle.

And "Quevega" won the Mares Hurdle for the sixth year in a row thus becoming the first horse to win half a dozen times at the Festival.
