Ireland Fall Short In Twickenham

Ireland put in another huge performance but just fell short against England at Twickenham. It finished England 13. Ireland 10.

Rob Kearney got Ireland's only try early in the second half. Johnny Sexton then converted a penalty to give Ireland a healthy 10-3 lead with half an hour to play...

But Danny Care got the decisive try for the English after a Farrell penalty which gave England the 13-10 lead that they held onto for the remainder of the game.

Brian O'Driscoll came off with a few minutes to go in what was his final battle with England.

There are now four teams with four points, but ireland are still top of the table as they have a points difference of plus 42.

England are in second with a points difference of plus 21.
