Gardaí are looking for help in tracking down a group of men who may have been involved in a violent attack in Crumlin.
A 31 year old man was rushed to hospital in the early hours of Monday morning after he was badly beaten by a gang on the Captains Road.
A second man escaped without being seriously hurt.
Detectives say the gang fled in the direction of Armagh Road and Windmill Road after the incident.
A man in his mid 20s has been arrested.
Anyone with information is asked to contact gardai.
