A valve failure is being blamed for causing a flood at Dublin's tallest residential tower block.
Capital Dock hasn't opened its doors yet, but is due to become home to 190 apartments and companies including Indeed in 2019.
On Tuesday morning, a valve failure on a pressurised water pipe on the 22nd floor of the Hailing Station building caused a flood.

Property company Kennedy Wilson said pressurised water "ran from the open pipe for a short period, approximately 20 minutes, before the water was switched off".
Management say the apartments and all amenities were not affected as the water ran down what they called an "enclosed riser".
"The leak was addressed immediately and all water has already been removed with affected commons areas drying out", a statement said.
The company said the apartments remain on track to open from January 7th, and denied the flood was related to recent heavy rains or Storm Diana.
