TV3 is to be sold.
UPC has announced it's purchasing the Television station for 80 million euro.
The telecom's company says it will pay an additional seven million euro if TV3 hits certain targets.
The deal will have to be approved by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission - and the Government before it can be finalised.
