It's believed almost 180-thousand people who are unemployed will see their water charges slashed in tomorrow's budget.
Papers say they'll qualify for a €100 allowance, meaning a person living alone would only pay €75 euro a year and a couple would only pay around €178 per annum.
It's also reported this morning that low and middle income earners will see a cut to their Universal Social Charge.
