U2 are to buy back the site where they recorded some of their most famous albums.
The deal is worth just 450 thousand euro.
In 2002 the Dublin Dockland Development Authority bought the bands old waterfront studio at Hanover quay for an undisclosed fee.
The move was to knock the building to make way for a public space.
In return U2 were promised the top two floors of a nearby building know as the U2 tower, which never materialised.
The DDDA has now said that it as sold the building back to the band for just 450 thousand euro.
