A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash on the m50. The man in his 40s lost his life in the single vehicle collision in on the M1/M50 slip road at around 7 last night.
His body was taken to Beaumont Hospital where a post mortem will take place.
A technical exam of the scene has been carried out and gardai are asking anyone with information to contact them.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and who were travelling in the area at the time, are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.

Elsewhere a motorcyclist has also died in a crash in Offaly.
The man, also aged in his 40, was pronounced dead t at Mullaghatour in Belmont at around 6.45pm last night.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the single vehicle collision to come forward.
