An Australian man's been found not guilty of murder in the what's become known as the Tinder date case.
It follows the death of a New Zealand tourist who plummeted from his apartment balcony.
30 year-old Gable Tostee was accused of intimidating and threatening Warienna Wright who he met on the dating app.
Prosecutors claimed she tried to escape by climbing down to a lower floor in the city of Gold Coast in 2014. Tostee's defence team argued he shouldn't have had to bear criminal responsibility for her irrational decision to climb over the balcony railing.
Jurors in Brisbane rejected charges of murder and manslaughter, just hours after defence lawyers called for a mistrial over the coverage the case was getting on social media.
