A vicious assault on a teenager in Clondalkin, in which 3 of his fingers were severed, has been condemned.
The incident happened in Bawnogue over the weekend when the 16 year old was attacked by a gang with a machete.
Its believed the incident was as a result of turf wars and gardai say they are investigating all of the circumstances.
