Three people have been arrested and 1.6 million euro worth of drugs have been seized on the south side.
A vehicle was stopped and searched on Cunningham Road in Islandbridge yesterday.
Heroin and cocaine were discovered and a 45 year old man was arrested at the scene.
During a follow up search in Ballyfermot more of the class A drugs were discovered, as well as cannabis herb.
A 24 year old man and a woman aged 21 were arrested.
All three are being held at Lucan and Finglas Garda stations,
