Take Back The City has held a banner drop at the Ha'penny Bridge in the city centre.
It comes ahead of Saturday's National Housing Demonstration, and ahead of its planned direct action today.
It's demanding the government recognises the housing crisis.
It's also highlighting the plight of women and people fleeing domestic abuse who end up becoming homeless.
