Met Eireann issued a snow-ice weather warning yesterday saying that all areas were at risk of wintry showers with 'snow accumulations of up to 3 cm'.
It looks as though Dublin has had some snow fall in the last hour. Mary Mc (@Mary_Mc31) shared this photo to Twitter half an hour ago of a snow covered M50.
She was travelling northbound between J14 Leopardstown to J12 Ballinteer.
We checked the Dublin City traffic cameras to verify and it to is covered in snow.
DUBLIN: There are sleet and snow showers along the M50 southbound Particulary between J12 Firhouse and J16 Cherrywood. Drive with care.
