TV3's hit soap Red Rock has been snapped up by the BBC, which will start showing it during daytime later this year.
It's the second territory to buy the rights to show the popular soap, after Amazon Prime in the US last year.
Set around the busy police precinct in a fictional seaside town just outside of Dublin, Red Rock follows the Hennessys and the Kielys, two local warring families.
Ed Guiney, Red Rock Series Executive Producer, said it's "a massive testament to the creative talent involved in 'Red Rock' - the amazing writing and producing team and our stellar cast and crew."
Dan McGolpin, Controller of BBC Daytime, described the show as "a compelling new police drama set in Ireland, it has plenty of twists and turns, and it's coming to the BBC this year."
