A teenager arrested in connection with a fatal assault in Claremorris yesterday is to appear before a special sitting of Castlebar District Court this afternoon, charged in relation to the incident.
A 17 year old died following the assault at Claremont Manor, Knock Road in Claremorris.
A youth was arrested at the scene and is being held at Claremorris Garda Station, ahead of his court appearance which is scheduled for 3pm.
