The Taoiseach has joined European Union leaders in Brussels for talks about how to solve the refugee crisis.
They're discussing a deal to give Turkey 3-billion euro in return for help stemming the flow of asylum-seekers.
Enda Kenny said they'll also discuss accelerating talks for Turkish membership of the EU:
