Staff and students at an English-language college in Dublin say they've not been able to contact its owner - after they were locked out of classes today.
A notice posted on the the door of Leinster College says the school won't re-open until next month - because of a "weak financial situation".
It's the latest international school to get into difficulty in recent months - and SIPTU says staff at the college have gone without pay in recent months.
