Visiting will remain closed for today and tomorrow at St James's Hospital due to a flu outbreak.
The hospital says the suspension is in the interests of patient safety.
However the Emergency Department is still open and out-patient, day ward and diagnostic services will operate as usual tomorrow.
The hospital is asking people with flu-like symptoms to remain at home and to contact their GP for advice.
